I visited the service center on Friday, July 25, 2025, for routine maintenance on my vehicle, as recommended by my service advisor, Steve Curry, who determined that a wheel alignment was necessary. Howeve for routine maintenance on my vehicle, as recommended by my service advisor, Steve Curry, who determined that a wheel alignment was necessary. However, upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed that the maintenance required indicator had not been reset. When I brought this to the attention of my service advisor, I received a dismissive response. I promptly escalated the matter to management, as I deemed the level of service unacceptable and a waste of my time, particularly given the lengthy wait during my scheduled appointment. More
