Kross was our salesperson and the deal we reached was because of him. Steve came in at one point to help with the deal. He was personable and we liked him fine but, truthfully, it wasn’t necessary for St because of him. Steve came in at one point to help with the deal. He was personable and we liked him fine but, truthfully, it wasn’t necessary for Steve to save the day. In fact, having the “big guns” come in was a little off-putting. Nothing against Steve, but we would have preferred to have dealt strictly with Kross. We liked Kross a lot and felt comfortable with him. That said, our experience at Shottenkirk was one of the best experiences we’ve had purchasing a new car. More
