I was able to get my new car purchase transaction done quickly. Only recommendation is for staff to make sure vehicle is COMPLETELY ready at the time of pickup. During my vehicle look-over at time of pickup, I noted that the windshield washer fluid reservoir had not been filled and that there was no wheel lock nut key in the vehicle. Lucky that I noted the absence of the key at time of pickup rather than discovering it when I had a flat tire that needed to be changed. I would suggest the dealership develop and use a written check list of things to verify before any vehicle is delivered to a customer. Sales person was embarrassed that these oversights had happened and that I, as the customer, was the one to find them doing my very quick new vehicle look over.. More
