I just took my Rogue into Hoffman’s for its 40,000 mile service, the first time since I bought it back in January. It was very easy to get an appointment for the time I wanted/needed, Upon arrival, I was i service, the first time since I bought it back in January. It was very easy to get an appointment for the time I wanted/needed, Upon arrival, I was immediately checked in, and the entire servicing was done in less than an hour. Andrew was the technician who followed the progress and kept me updated. He was very professional and friendly. As questions arose, he was great at explaining test results and giving me options and priorities for current as well as future work. I could not be more pleased with my first experiences with Hoffman Nissan in West Simsbury CT. More

I recently leased another car with this dealership and they made promises they didn’t keep about helping me with my recently deceased husband’s leased Nissan. It had only 3 months left on its lease and it they made promises they didn’t keep about helping me with my recently deceased husband’s leased Nissan. It had only 3 months left on its lease and it was an additional payment that I didn’t need and it was so close to the end of its lease that they said they were interested “in helping me out “ and in buying out its lease and taking it from me, since I and my husband and been such loyal Nissan customers. They took advantage of my trusting spirit and once I leased my new car from them, they wanted nothing to do with helping as promised with my husband’s leased Nissan by buying its remaining lease out. It was a top of the line Rogue; that had only 22, 000 miles on it, like new interior and exterior since my husband was sick and dying over the course of the lease and hardly used the car, except really to go to and from dialysis and medical appointments. When I called to get the car taken care of as promised, I was told by the salesman, whom I had worked with on other leased Nissan’s that, they were no longer interested in the car, of course not I had already lease my new Nissan, from them. I wanted to speak with management but was told he was unavailable, at the time, not surprising ! I immediately followed up by calling the sales manager, but had to leaving a message. I said that I was a dissatisfied customer who wanted to talk with him. He did not return my call as I want to discuss what had transpired regarding the promises made and lack of honesty demonstrated with his dealership. After reading about the CEO of Nissan I realized that the dishonesty and despicable behavior permeates the company from the top to the bottom. More
