Howdy! The names Cowboy Steve and I've been in the car business almost all my life! It's something I have always had a great passion for. Helping people, connecting with my community, and my ability to overcome obstacles is a big reason why I still do this today! Outside of work, you will find me almost exclusively spending time with my family. Whether it's exploring nature, attending church on Sundays, or just relaxing watching Football, nothing is more important to me. Horrible. They’ll call you 15 times a day with the same info without getting any insight into your life or trying to figure out where you’re coming from. I went to go pick up my car after an inspection came back clean— it didn’t start in the parking lot. I notified them, and they refused to acknowledge that it was not delivered in working condition. It was later proven by my mechanic that they had sold me an unsafe vehicle that accelerates at random. There is no accountability, no good will. You’ll be gaslit by the salespeople and their managers with statements like, “we’ve worked here 40 years and done 40 million in honest sales.” What they really mean is they’ve spent 40 years ripping hard working people off. Sold me a lemon. Reported it the next day, they told me they'd pay for mechanic diagnosis, then just never answer the phone. Dont trust them, very used car salesman. During the sale we had a written deal, which they later increased. Now I'm thousands of dollar in the hole cause of their incompetence and immoral business practices. More

Great experience buying our first used car in WA with Jensen. He was flexible, honest, stuck to the lowest price they'd advertised & never tried to go above it. Was patient even though it took several days for us to decide, and when my mechanic found something their inspection didn't catch he arranged personally to have it fixed on their dime before we bought. This dealership let me return a $16,000 Mitsubishi that I bought from them and instead I got a $12,800 Audi and they refunded me the difference, the Audi needed a new battery, new spark plugs, all new fuel i bought from them and instead I got a $12,800 Audi and they refunded me the difference, the Audi needed a new battery, new spark plugs, all new fuel injectors within the first week and the dealership denied to pay the around $3,200 that it cost to replace the injectors More
