Sales consultant, Cristian Kinsley was a pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating. I had limited time during my first visit and he was very respectful of that. When I came back later that day to finalize and pick up my new car I had to bring my 2 year old with me. Cristian was understanding and really great with my toddler running around. He made sure everything was good to go and moved fast. He also entertained my son while I finished paperwork. Definitely went above and beyond. When we were ready to take the car home he transferred my car seat for me. Overall, Cristian Kensley is a great sales associate who goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommended! More

We originally went back to McGee Toyota in Epping because my wife was getting the recon and final cleanup done on her new 2026 4Runner SR5 that we purchased the night before. The plan was simple: wait for the SUV, grab lunch, and head home like responsible adults. Then while we were sitting in the waiting room, I noticed a white 2026 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD Off Road sitting in the showroom that just kept catching my eye. Honestly, it felt like the truck was personally calling my name saying, “Come take a look… what’s the worst that could happen?” So naturally I said, “I’m just gonna look at it for a minute.” Which I’m pretty sure every married person knows is usually how these stories begin. We went to lunch, had some quesadillas and margaritas, talked about the truck a little more, and apparently somewhere between the chips and salsa and the second margarita, I convinced myself buying a Tundra was a completely reasonable idea. Next thing I know, we’re back at the dealership signing paperwork and somehow buying TWO vehicles in one weekend. Honestly, I think Kinsley saw me glance at the truck once and immediately knew I was done for. But seriously, Kinsley was outstanding through the entire process. No pressure, no games, no wasting our entire day going back and forth. Just honest communication, straightforward help, and actually listening to what we wanted. Steve and Jason were also fantastic and made the entire process quick, smooth, and easy while making sure the deal came together exactly the way I wanted it. The Tundra is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Between New England winters, work, hauling dogs around, and my new uncontrollable urge to buy truck accessories I probably don’t need, this truck checks every box. Huge thank you again to Kinsley, Steve, Jason, and the entire team at McGee Toyota in Epping. Genuinely one of the easiest and best vehicle buying experiences we’ve ever had. It was exactly what my wife wanted and somehow we managed to leave a dealership happy, which honestly feels rare enough to deserve its own award. Kingsley was awesome to work with from start to finish. No pressure, no nonsense, and no disappearing act every 10 minutes to “check with the manager.” He actually listened to what we wanted, stayed patient through all our questions, and helped us land exactly the right SUV for our family, our dogs, and the complete circus that comes with running a pet care business. The GSM and finance manager were great as well and made everything quick and painless. We weren’t held hostage at the dealership for 9 hours surviving on bad coffee and regret, which was a nice change of pace. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and easy. The new 4Runner is perfect for us. Plenty of room for dogs, kennels, muddy paws, leashes, coffee cups, and probably enough dog hair in the future to build a third Labrador. The dogs already seem to think the backseat belongs to them anyway, so I guess we’re just making the payments for them now. Overall, an awesome experience and a dealership I’d absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. And when it’s time for me to convince myself I “need” a new Tundra, I already know exactly where I’ll be going back. More
