They actually listened to what we were looking for and even better, they provided it! We were on a time crunch and they had us out right when we needed to! Of course we love the car, but the service is beyond excellent! We laughed just about the entire time! They are turning in our current lease, leaving us to literally sign and drive! RIP OFF Drove almost four hours each way to get this car as it looked great in the pictures and had low miles for an FJ Cruiser. Looks are deceiving, crawled underneath and it was full of rust and underneath hood was salt residue and more rust. Not to mention all four tires were dry-rotted! Had it checked out by a nearby mechanic And needed $4,000 worth of work. DO NOT deal with these Crooks! They LIE More

We were first greeted by the sales manager and then directed to Steve. He listened to our wants and expectations and he exceeded both. The final deal came out exactly as he said. No hidden costs. There was no bait and switch. The finance manager, Orlando, was great, not pushy at all. All in all, the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! We love our Sportage! More
