Great vehicle and great sales/service people! My lease was almost over so contacted the sales person about getting a new vehicle during an oil change visit. I drove that home today!! Service Failure Bought a brand new 2017 Honda Oddesey a little over 2 years ago. It's barely over the 36,000 miles but not 3 years old yet. The car's panic alarm kept Bought a brand new 2017 Honda Oddesey a little over 2 years ago. It's barely over the 36,000 miles but not 3 years old yet. The car's panic alarm kept on going off. It also when turned off it tries to start itself, but is unsuccessful and would repeatedly do this. Took it in and they saw what it was doing. The service person was the worst ever. They wouldnt call Honda and see if they would cover the keyless entry system that needs repaired under warranty. They said it was not under warranty since it was over the miles. The car is just over two years old. They had no empathy when dealing with my wife. They charged her $110 for a quick check of the problem. They sent her off with a car that is not working right and only worried about getting the money not helping a customer out. The way she was treated we will never buy a car from Allan Nott. Worst service possible. They didnt even try to help and see if it can be covered under warranty. Completely unacceptable. I gave you a 1 since I couldnt gove you a 0. You guys are being reported to American Honda. More

Worst experience ever and it got worse after I left. When I got home from my 3 hr oil change- tire rotation my right front wheel cover was missing, xxxxxxxx! I am waiting for replacement.
