After reviewing Autotrader and Car.com for a few weeks I had it narrowed down to two Audi's one at Elite Motors and one in Evanston. From the minute I hit the floor at Elite I was pleased with the service. I am in sales myself and was very ready to be barraged by pressuring tactics and the old used car salesman push, but I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to deal with any of that. The salesman answered my questions about the car, reviewed the carfax in detail down to the scheduled maintenance appointments that were kept. He told me the price on the window, I told him what I was willing to spend and we came to an agreement. I was in and out in a couple of hours with a new car, low fixed rate loan and even real plates, no temporary tags. Fast forward a few months and not only am I extremely pleased with the way that the car is running but am planning to return to Elite Motors for scheduled maintenance. More

Manager had to step in to finish deal. That guy is very deceitful. He does not give you straight honest answers. I'd hate to think that this was because he thought we didn't fully understand English. Had to bring my son who works in Finance and also stated that Kevin was very unprepared and that he wouldn't disclose information unless asked. Had a do my way or no way attitude. Perhaps he was having a bad day but we dealt with him twice on two different days and attitude remained. More

Once inside I met Steve Hatton who proved to be a knowledgeable and accommodating Sales Associate. His professional and forthcoming demeanor quelled any misgivings I harbored regarding the purchase of a previously owned vehicle -- so much so that three hours later I drove away with one! During the past four weeks I've experienced no quirks or unpleasant surprises in the car's performance. A visit to my mechanic uncovered only routine maintenance issues, all to be expected with a six year old automobile, and none of which have given me cause to regret my original purchasing decision. I remain most satisfied with Elite Motors, and thank Steve in particular for his assistance and patience. More

After they refused to fix the problems, I took the vehicle to a certified Bmw dealership. Upon inspection, they quickly figured out that a wide variety of parts had been pulled from other model BMW's and poorly installed. Once I told them where I had purchased the vehicle, they refused to do any work on it! Apparently elite has a reputation for shady business practices and this Bmw dealer did not want to be held liable for anything they had done to the car. Stay as far away from Elite as possible. More

Elite Motors made my auto purchase a great experience. I was extremely happy with my buying experience at Elite Motors. When I began searching for a car my first inclination was to go to a new car dealer, I was extremely happy with my buying experience at Elite Motors. When I began searching for a car my first inclination was to go to a new car dealer, but just by chance I decided to look up the availability of a used car in a higher class than the one I was searching for. In my case it was an Audi S4 instead of an Audi A4 which I originally set out to purchase. Am I glad I did. Elite had just the car I wanted and the the people I dealt with were incredible. Steve the sales specialist at Elite Motors was there to greet me when I got there and helped me immensely making my decision easy. Debra the business manager was fantastic. She guided my through the business end of the deal and in the end I left with the confidence that I was treated fairly and got the best deal possible. If you want a good deal and want be treated right make sure you go to Elite Motors and ask for Steve and Debra. More
