Interesting Experience I bought new Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid from this dealer. I did months of research on this vehicle and I knew what I wanted. The sales person I worked w I bought new Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid from this dealer. I did months of research on this vehicle and I knew what I wanted. The sales person I worked with was Jim "B" and he found the vehicle I was looking for (had to order it). I even was introduced to the sales manager Steve Seek. We even sat down and talked about some great sports cars (not just Nissans lol). I did have some issues after buying the vehicle. These issues did make me have to bring the vehicle back to the dealer a few times but the issues were minor. But why give this dealer 5 stars? Because every time I had to bring the vehicle back either the sales manager Steve Seek, service underwriter Steve Pennell, service manager Jim Ireland or the service tech Jim Ireland Jr. always kept me up to date on what was going on. I never missed a day or even an hour of work because they always gave me a loaner car and they worked around my schedule. Is this a Sheehy Nissan? Noooo I no longer buy from Sheehy, after buying 2 vehicles from them and each time nothing but major issues. So if you had issues with Sheehy trust me Bayside is nothing like them. All of them were courteous, respectful and very helpful with my purchase. I just went in for my first oil change and the device writers were very knowledgeable and got me in and out quite fast. I sat down and before I knew it my vehicle was DONE! They also washed and vacuumed the truck. I would go anywhere else for my service other then bayside Nissan. More
