I have bought 6 cars from this dealership and have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. After today, I will never go back. We were strung along for almost 24 hours while applying for financing to purch loyal customer for almost 30 years. After today, I will never go back. We were strung along for almost 24 hours while applying for financing to purchase a new Bronco Sport. At one point, we were told we were approved only to be told later that the deal fell through bc their financing department mismanaged the process. I had been allowed to take the car home overnight and when I went to return it, one of the managers refused to get my keys until I explained everything to him. I was humiliated. The worst part is I’d even told family I was getting the car. Now I need to explain what went wrong even though I don’t understand it. I went to the local Buick dealer and was approved in under 2 hours. Their manager said that I was approved for 2 of 3 loans. Ford said I was only approved for 1 out of a dozen. More
