This was my first experience doing business with a dealership, which I thought would be overwhelming and intimidating. My team made me feel comfortable negotiating and asking questions throughout my buying process. Working with Samantha felt familiar as she coordinated my test drive and supported my preferences. She took her time to listen and find the right fit for me. Mike worked hard to tailor my financing package, physically calling people on LABOR DAY to ensure a deal that would meet me at my budget. On my day of pick up, my transaction went smoothly, as Mike and Samantha were there to explain the documents I was signing and what my next steps would be with payments and insurance and registration details. As I approached my beautifully prepared Forester in the lot, I met Steve whose genial demeanor and detailed knowledge of setting up and operating my new vehicle solidified my addition to the Subaru family. My final moments at this dealership, while not my last, were spent ensuring I knew my team would be there to support any questions that may arise in the future.
