My sales person was Chad Glasheen. I must say working with him was one of the if not the best new car buying experiences I’ve ever had. On my initial visit I had concerns that the size I must say working with him was one of the if not the best new car buying experiences I’ve ever had. On my initial visit I had concerns that the size of 2025 Ridgeline in bed trunk size might be smaller than my 2007. I need to be able to fit my electric golf caddy in the trunk. Chad said if I had the cart with me he’d get it and we’d see. Well the fit wasn’t what I hoped for. Chad understood my disappointment and I told him I’d have to think it over. But I was impressed that he took the initiative and effort to take it out of my truck and carry it to the 2025 and put it in. Fast forward a couple weeks. I decided to take the plunge and work through the smaller trunk issue. So I went back and asked for Chad. The impression he made on my first visit made the difference. Throughout the rest of the buying process he was a pleasure to work with. It was like buying a vehicle from myself. Treat someone like you would like to be treated. Chad is truly a wonderful ambassador for Colonial Honda. More

The finance department was incompetent. rude, unprofessional and made several errors in processing my loan I walked away felling he couldn’t be trusted.
