Another Great experience at O'Reilly I have been coming to O'Reilly for years first purchasing a Pontiac Vibe then helping my son purchase a Pontiac G6 another Vibe for my husband the a s I have been coming to O'Reilly for years first purchasing a Pontiac Vibe then helping my son purchase a Pontiac G6 another Vibe for my husband the a second for myself three years later. All purchases went smoothly and I'd returned to see if I needed tires and wanted to inquirer about a GMC Terrain I'd seen on the lot and wanted to find out about leasing. Steve Wadlin very patiently explained the entire process brought up Terrains on his screen and I left having leased 2015 that would arrive by weeks end. The following day it arrived he sent me photos and even arranged for me to drive it off the showroom floor something I'd always wanted to do. He explained all the unfamiliar features for well over an hruntil I felt comfortable to drive it and told me call or come back anytime with questions or problems. The same was true last week when I was leasing another Terrain this one a 2018 and Steve did the sale and by the following day my insurance card was ready to print and two days later my registration was in the mail. It was the same great customer service he even special ordered the car to my specifications, It was a wonderful experience and one I'd been putting off as I loved the car I was driving. More
