This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They are the most unreputable company. They sold me a car they did not hav without making it clear they did not have it. Then would tell me nothin They are the most unreputable company. They sold me a car they did not hav without making it clear they did not have it. Then would tell me nothing when I inquired as to when I would get the vehicle. Finally after getting very upset with them, they drove the vehicle from a dealer 200 miles away only after demanding my money back. The the GM told me it was all my fault for buying a vehicle they did not have. The Ganley management group is also okay with the level of service. The car buying experience was good, using mostly remote contact. The purchase price was negotiated before signing paperwork but the trade in value was done at dealership.
