Our nonprofit Older Adult Advocacy Center was in need of a minivan to transport our homeless guests to required doctor’s visits, interviews, and other important appointments. Because of our specific needs and limited funding, very few dealers were willing to work with us. Mathews Kia went above and beyond, even securing a vehicle from out of state to meet our challenges. Loyal KIA brand customer since 2004. I have owned over 9 KIA vehicles. My 2023 Sportage is pampered like a baby and serviced religiously at Matthew's. (Also have been loyal at this deale I have owned over 9 KIA vehicles. My 2023 Sportage is pampered like a baby and serviced religiously at Matthew's. (Also have been loyal at this dealership for over 13 years purchases and service...Matthew's, Planet, Electric city, etc., etc.,...) My drivers seat is failing in several sections and KIA nor the dealership is willing to stand by their product. From first inquiring about K5 online, I received emails and phone calls to make sure we were able to test drive and talk to sales associate. He offered snacks and drinks and has a very professional sense of humor which I related to very well.
