I have been a long-time customer at this location. I have also had numerous dealings within the past year. I worked a lot with Robert in the parts department with my 2007 Jeep. He is comprehensive in his responses and very helpful. Christian is also phenomenal at customer service and helpful. Billy is personable and sold me my new car. He worked hard and followed through on all commitments. I met another young man (9-22-23) who helped me understand many of the technical details of my new 2023 Jeep which is substantially different from my 2007 Jeep. (meaning all the car's operations are automated). Bottomline, these are nice, service-oriented people. More

Items to be fixed on vehicle were not done. Gave only one keyless entry fob, I spend over $400 for new one. Told there was a brake controller for tow pkg, there wasn't. Spend $276 to add one.
