I leased a new Durango at Freehold Dodge last night and to be quite honest the service was amazing. In a business that carries a tough stigma everyone at the dealership was professional, honest and just m to be quite honest the service was amazing. Austin is knowledgeable and understands the vehicles he is selling. He also makes you feel relaxed during the process which we all need when purchasing a vehicle! Purchased a 2021 Durango R/T. As always, Steve Boyce was a rock star. My sales person, Gary, was easy going, very knowledgeable and got me through the process quickly. Spectacular Service! I recently bought a new vehicle at Freehold Dodge. Roger was our salesperson. He took the time to show me how to work all the features on the radio I recently bought a new vehicle at Freehold Dodge. Roger was our salesperson. He took the time to show me how to work all the features on the radio and set my phone up. The whole team was exceptional and the process was smooth. Steve, the General Manager, was awesome. He worked with us and gave us a great deal. He was patient and explained everything in detail. He made us feel comfortable. Purchasing a new/used vehicle. Usually when buying a new car we all dread the amount of time it takes to buy the car. But Dodge had my daughter and I in and out in less than 2 hours Usually when buying a new car we all dread the amount of time it takes to buy the car. But Dodge had my daughter and I in and out in less than 2 hours. It was wonderful. Everyone there is gracious and very nice.
