Easy, fast car-buying experience and great service If you’re like me, you probably dread the idea of going car shopping. Not because you don’t want a car, but because the thought of dealing with a salesperson, getting your old car valued for a trade-in, having options pushed on you, and thinking about financing is not exactly thrilling. That was my experience at a different luxury dealer in New Orleans but not at Mercedes-Benz. I reached out to MBNO about a certain certified C300 and Steven Bui got back to me right away and we set up a test drive. A few days later, I got to the dealer, and we went on a drive while Steven explained the car’s features. At no point during the drive did he pressure me or start talking about money. A couple hours later, I was off and away in my new ride. Steven and finance director Vic Jones made the buying process simple, easy-to-understand, and stress-free! A few days later, I realized one of the accessories that should have been inside was missing. I reached out to Steven and we got it taken care of. I’ll end by saying the folks at Mercedes treat you well from the moment you drive up until the time you leave. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I can’t wait to go back! More
