My experience with this dealership was and still is terrible. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator for my son. When I arrived, they told me that I had to finance the car or they would add at least 10% to the terrible. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator for my son. When I arrived, they told me that I had to finance the car or they would add at least 10% to the sales price. And that I had to "promise" to not pay off or refinance the car for at least 90 days (to keep their commission from financing company, or they wouldnt sell me the car. The sales person tried to sell me their warranty which I declined. The brakes felt loose and car smelled like cigarette smoke, the sales person said if I leave the car for a few days they would replace the brakes and get rid of cigarette smoke with their detailing service. They also tried to sell me a vehicle location system which I declined, they told me they would charge me $600 to take it out which is a joke, I agreed to pay $600. I picked up the car 4 days later, salesperson said they couldn't do anything about smoke because they switched detailing companies and new one had no odor bombs to fix it. It has been 45 days, they still have not activated the "vehicle location system", I've called over 20 times. Nobody calls me back and when I call they just leave me on hold. Sales person sends texts that it will happen by end of day or next day, but never happens. I regret doing business with this dealership. They are the ones who give used car dealerships a bad name. Do NOT waste your time here, do NOT trust what they say about the car or what they will do for you. I hope my experience saves one person, or more, from wasting their money there. More
