After some back and forth, the service department agreed to detail it, and it turned out great, so I am happy about that. The frustrating part was that my new to me truck, a 2026 3/4 ton, only had 1 key. Not a big deal, but I was informed of this until the deal was done and I was preparing to leave. Even more frustrating, I tried to reach out to the used car manager 4 times to see if he had any ability to track down the second key, and describe my overall experience. He never replied, and I have not heard from anyone. Love the truck, and happy with the service dept, but not impressed with the lack of communication and transparency from the sales dept. More
