Had the appointment scheduled for a month ago and told them the U Connect sign was coming on. Waited for the car and they told me it was all fixed. On the way home it came back on. Called the service cent them the U Connect sign was coming on. Waited for the car and they told me it was all fixed. On the way home it came back on. Called the service center but they were at lunch and left a message but no one called me back. More

I took a 2010 Toyota Corolla in for a 4 wheel alignment because l put a new set of tires on that car. When they put the car up to begin the alignment they found the rear struts were bad and needed replacem because l put a new set of tires on that car. When they put the car up to begin the alignment they found the rear struts were bad and needed replacement. They didn't charge me anything for this! I had new struts put on that car today and I'm taking it back to Spitzer tomorrow morning for the alignment! More
