I had a very disappointing experience with The New Babylon Honda and my service advisor, Steven Ferchak. I was initially told that my vehicle was outside the applicable warranty and was given an expen Babylon Honda and my service advisor, Steven Ferchak. I was initially told that my vehicle was outside the applicable warranty and was given an expensive repair estimate. After contacting American Honda myself, I received different information regarding extended warranty coverage for the fuel injectors. Most concerning, I contacted the dealership and specifically asked that the repair be stopped while I clarified the warranty situation with American Honda. Despite my request, I was later informed that the repair had already been completed. I also did not receive a clear explanation or documentation of the diagnostic code before being asked to authorize the repair. The conflicting warranty information and the way my request to stop the repair was handled left me extremely dissatisfied with the service and communication I received. More
