The service management team WAS contacted while my car was at the service center. They didn’t once reach out or offer a solution. My car was ready early so I could take it elsewhere but was told by my advisor to hold off on pickup because he wanted to talk to the manager regarding this issue. We were ignored for 3 hours after that. I have since had the car repaired and consulted two separate mechanics regarding this issue. They BOTH agree Babylon Honda’s negligence caused further issue to my car.
