This rating isn’t for the dealership but for Steve in the service department. Took our car in for service for three issues, and one that needed a part ordered. We had to call multiple times to get status upd service department. Took our car in for service for three issues, and one that needed a part ordered. We had to call multiple times to get status updates, the car was there for seven days, he never answered one text, I had to have him tracked down at the dealership to receive an update, and when I finally had enough had to just tell him I was coming to get the car regardless of if it was done or not and that I’d just make another appointment for when I could wait as it was clearly not getting done. Was told I’d be called “right back” about a status update with service, and upon showing up at the dealership an hour later was told “I was just going to call you” (sure you were…) and that the car would be done that day. We waited 45 more minutes and left with the car, fixed. When he got us to tell us the car was done he yelled “you’re all set” across the dealership, walked us to the car, opened the door, and walked away. We signed nothing, left with zero paperwork, and the car wasn’t even cleaned after being in a shop for 7 days. He’s rude and doesn’t communicate and we’ll make sure if we have to take our car back in again to not get him. More
