Car suddenly braked hard by itself, and 2 days later the brakes didn't work and the car surged forward while I stomped on the brakes till it stopped hard suddenly. I brought the car in. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. My service writer knew exactly what maintenance I needed and they took care of my Honda Passport while I went out to lunch. Just a few days ago I got this car - a 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L. And Steven was good to let me walk in without an appointment.
