Dealer is engaging in deceptive pricing practices. I was looking at a car eligible for the EV used tax credit. The car was originally listed for 12K, which was asking too much for the car. After 2 mon I was looking at a car eligible for the EV used tax credit. The car was originally listed for 12K, which was asking too much for the car. After 2 months, they lowered the asking price to $8,900 but when I went to purchase the car, they told me that this new price included the $4,000 EV tax credit. Not only does their math not add up, but they are not even knowledgeable enough to know what the actual EV credit would be on this car. Extremely deceptive pricing practices. Especially considering only a portion of applicants are eligible for the tax credit. Please stay far away from this dealership. I’d be ashamed to be the general manager behind these deceptive practices. More

The dealership itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and very well organized. I came in to window shop and maybe test drive a few cars and drive away in a brand new car within 1.5 hrs of par to the eye, and very well organized. I had a great experience with Nucar VW of Norwood. The salesperson Jay was honest and polite the entire time, as well as extremely responsive and dedicated. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a car in the near future. They are part of Nucar and can transfer vehicles from other affiliated dealerships. I wasn’t thrilled about the first car I looked at there (nothing was wrong with it, just wasn’t the car for me), but I stayed with them and asked for a car to be transferred from a local Nucar/Boch dealer. They had the car there within a couple hours, I test drove it and loved it and we got the deal done. More
