For a man of so called morality, you certainly feel the way to get what you want by bullying people and threatening everyone. You feel that you can demand a company change its policy because that's what you want. As you have been told in the past the process is for ALM to receive all paperwork and money before we release the vehicle. Once we obtain all those things than we arrange shipping with a licensed bonded and insured trucking company. But because you are an entitled spoiled individual and felt we should have sent you the car before those things took place you are now throwing temper tantrum about the shipping fees you agreed to in a contract. We sell a lot of units all over the country and this is the first time this have ever been an issue with a customer. We are sorry that you had this issue, but we have been completely transparent with you since the beginning. It is your perception of the situation and your impatient attitude that has caused this situation as our trucking company showed up the same day as the one you ordered..

Regarding the mechanical issues you've encountered, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We strongly encourage all of our customers to consider purchasing extended warranties to ensure peace of mind. If an extended warranty was not purchased at the time of sale, there are limited options available beyond that point. Please rest assured that we do not sell “bad” cars; we have proudly been in business for over 20 years, with 19 locations and a strong Google rating.
