Took one vehicle in for service and left with a newer truck, While my truck was in the service garage being worked on I walked over to the dealership building. I met Randy outside the front door, where we conversed for a bit. He took me around the lot to show me what was available. I found a newer version of what I had and test drove it. When I returned, we went inside where I spotted the truck on the showroom floor. After inquiring more about it, I found it was a better deal for me. I set about getting the paperwork started for the trade in. Could not be happier. Randy walked me through the complete process, going over all the details about the truck; and after the sale getting the truck set up for me, when he had an issue with something, he obtained the assistance of Stormy, who got the matter taken care of. Appointment scheduled to perform The Works on 2011 Ford Edge. That included L-O-F, tire rotation and added replacement of windshield wiper blades.
