These guys are usually spot on however. this experience wasn't the best. The call to make the appointment did not go well. After service for the oil change the clean up was poor. Brought truck back thinking there was an oil leak due to over spill. Then washed truck and back window was open soaking back seat. New person at service desk is not the friendliest. Bob and Craig are the only reason for giving 4 stars. More

The gentlemen have been there for many years and recognize you on the phone and in person. They get your car checked in and back to you as soon as possible. And they inform you of any repair that may be necessary and that you have not become aware of on your own. I have recommended the service department to other people. More
