These guys are usually spot on however. this experience wasn't the best. The call to make the appointment did not go well. After service for the oil change the clean up was poor. Brought tru this experience wasn't the best. The call to make the appointment did not go well. After service for the oil change the clean up was poor. Brought truck back thinking there was an oil leak due to over spill. Then washed truck and back window was open soaking back seat. New person at service desk is not the friendliest. Bob and Craig are the only reason for giving 4 stars. More
