Everyone I dealt with that day the Secretaries was so pleasant and nice what a great experience I was there for a recall on my car. I was given a ride to wait there while my car was ready ,which was a pleasant surprise.
I didn’t need a ride back to pick up my vehicle, but one offered to me. thank you everyone For great customer service.♥️

No recalls 2018 Honda Pilot with 93,000 miles way out of warrantee.
Shawn researched and found that Honda America had extended the warrantee for defective Torque Converters. Extended warrantee to cover a bunch of Honda models to 150 k miles and 8 years. Cost to repair ZERO. Sean was excellent getting parts and getting me out the door. 5 Stars + . I still can't wipe the smile off my face. Guess where I will be purchasing my next car.... Herb Chambers Boston.
