I brought my car in to see what was wrong with my car, I was charge 200$ for a diagnostic test, however code p2096 was the problem , and that problem was ignored (Bank1) instead that go to (bank2) and tel was charge 200$ for a diagnostic test, however code p2096 was the problem , and that problem was ignored (Bank1) instead that go to (bank2) and tell me I have to get a new cataylac converter, i payed to find out what's wrong with my car and I didn't get what I paid for, i had to go to another Machanic to find out what was the main problem for that code, I come to honda cause I believe that I would get 100% quality service and I can trust yall I did not get this service that I expected to get.... My entire experience with Herb Chambers Honda Car dealership was excellent. From the time I drove up and was warmly greeted by the young man that took Car keys. The servant agent, Mr. Robert Hall w dealership was excellent. From the time I drove up and was warmly greeted by the young man that took Car keys. The servant agent, Mr. Robert Hall was very, very pleasant and helpful. Everyone I dealt with that day the Secretaries was so pleasant and nice what a great experience I was there for a recall on my car. I was given a ride to wait there while my car was ready ,which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t need a ride back to pick up my vehicle, but one offered to me. thank you everyone For great customer service.♥️ More

2/ 10/2025 Extremely happy Sean DeSilva Service Advisor and service manager Susan who saved me three to six THOUSAND DOLLARS. I had a transmission code, P0741 faulty Torque Converter. No recalls 2018 and service manager Susan who saved me three to six THOUSAND DOLLARS. I had a transmission code, P0741 faulty Torque Converter. No recalls 2018 Honda Pilot with 93,000 miles way out of warrantee. Shawn researched and found that Honda America had extended the warrantee for defective Torque Converters. Extended warrantee to cover a bunch of Honda models to 150 k miles and 8 years. Cost to repair ZERO. Sean was excellent getting parts and getting me out the door. 5 Stars + . I still can't wipe the smile off my face. Guess where I will be purchasing my next car.... Herb Chambers Boston. More
