For clarity, Florida Fine Cars does not mail out spare keys unless a FedEx shipping label is provided by the customer. This policy is in place because, unfortunately, many keys have been lost through standard USPS mail. Alternatively, you are always welcome to visit the dealership in person to pick up your available spare key. We also want to note that the sales representative who assisted you is no longer with the company, which may have contributed to the communication delay.
