I arrived at Nelson Mazda at 4:20 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 after checking the website for business hours (open until 7:00 pm) Also, stated on the door was "Open until 7:00 PM Mon-Fri. When December 3, 2025 after checking the website for business hours (open until 7:00 pm) Also, stated on the door was "Open until 7:00 PM Mon-Fri. When I arrived, there was no receptionist at the front desk. Instead, I found several associates, including the receptionist in the rear corner of the building. I walked to the rear of the building asked to speak to a sales person. Finally, someone came to 'greet' me. Her first words were "I just want to let you know that we are closing in 30-minutes for out Christmas party. Can I show you something within the 30-minutes, or would you like to come another day?" I responded with "I left work early, drove from out of town, came to buy a car, and you want to rush me, or ask me to come another day? - - - You have a great Christmas party." And then I walked out. No one apologized, or tried to retain my business. Obviously the customer does not come first at Nelson Mazda. You have been made aware of their 'customer service' - make your own decision. -Rich More
