I think they are more about making the sale instead of making a lasting relationship with the customer, I had a factory defect in the paint brought it back to get fixed and was directed to take it to a b making a lasting relationship with the customer, I had a factory defect in the paint brought it back to get fixed and was directed to take it to a bodyshop this was not my problem to take care of,it was taken to another shop instead of them doing it in-house, was told that it was fixed I picked it up and look like it was taken care of but when the light would hit it you would see the spiral marks from it being " fixed". Tried contacting a Manger but they was with other customers so left a voice mail and has been 2 days and no call back. More
