I am an Indian,, this review is to give a heads up to all the Indians walking into Bredemann Toyota to buy a car. BE AWARE OF SYED HUSSIAN IN SALES AND TRAN NGUYEN. Walked into the store at around 10 to buy the Indians walking into Bredemann Toyota to buy a car. BE AWARE OF SYED HUSSIAN IN SALES AND TRAN NGUYEN. Walked into the store at around 10 to buy a toyota highlander hybrid platinum. Met Syed and right was informing the kind of car we want to purchase he gave this weird exclamation (like can you guys really afford the car) and informed us that it's a very big luxurious car as if we don't know anything about it. He was very unpleasant and rude and grumpy while collecting our information and after 2 hours he showed us the car and only let us drive in street roads. Didn't even explain a single feature about the car apart from stating that it's a very expensive car. Later took our details to run credit and mistook the number 3 in SSN as 8 and ran a wrong report. When inquired about how long do we have to wait to get a reply, he said " YOU GUYS DONT KNOW AND CANT UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS JUST WAIT AND ILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN ITS DONE". {{{ FYI: credit score 802 with gross salary of 10k per month}}}. Here comes Mr. Tran Nguyen the finance guy walked in and right away told us that I got REJECTED by US BANK and can get us financing from Toyota at 4.9% if we put $15,700 down and told us he can run the same with CHASE but not sure if we get approved. At this point Mr. SYED intervened and told us that the "CAR is TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME TO AFFORD". We acquired the rejection letter that they told us about US BANK from Mr.Syed and were in AWE looking at the rejection reason. The bank said, "INSUFFICIENT FILE INFORMATION TO PROCEED". Basically Mr.Tran entered insufficient information for the bank to process our credit application (for which I have proof) and informed me that my credit isn't good enough. Walked into Arlington Toyota the same afternoon at about 4pm met Adam Cimrzynski. Very excellent service and walked out with the Toyota highlander hybrid platinum with $1500 + $3400 dealer discounts at 2.39APR from BOFA and drove the car home by 7pm. So, beware of Syed who says he will do anything to help Indians buy a car and this Tran guy. Please go somewhere to buy your car, these people are not worth it. More
