Sales consultant I met Mr. Syed Hussain about a year ago. He was always helpful whenever I had a question. This Saturday, 8/16/14, I stopped to see if they had any special/incentives on Camry and was surprised to see Mr Syed Hussain was there. He again showed me the Camry and explained the incentive available as well as the new features on the 2014.5 model such as the camera for backing up etc.. He insisted that I drive the car to make sure I was comfortable driving it, which I was. consequently, I purchased the car. I was impressed with his attentive attention to my needs and wants in a car. He is definitely hard wired to providing excellent customer service. Pricing was perfect and I did my homework. I will be back and recommend Mr. Syed Hussain to anyone. Visit Bredemann today and ask for Syed. he's a great asset to any company congrats Bredemann! for having him on your staff. Thank you. p.s. I felt like the manager walking slowly out to the mound to pull the ace whose no-hitter was ruined in the bottom of the 8th. With a pat on the behind, I had to retire him for the night. Choosing a new car to replace it wasn't easy either. I'd just bought a '13 Camry, with which my wife & I are very happy. I thought maybe a Corolla or RAV 4 would be nice, but Camry got better mileage than the RAV 4, and came with better financing options, 0% compared to 1.9% for the term. I found a Camry in a very pretty, new color, and the dealing began. I couldn't purchase on the spot, but Syed was amenable to leaving a deposit while I gathered finances over the next few days. The car was listed with a discount, so the deal was even better. Negotiations over the trade worried me a bit, but Syed and the team were able to do what was necessary to keep me from selling privately. Since having purchased the '13 Camry, and considering that I should have purchased some extra protective and service packages then, I was able to give that some thought. Since the deal on the new Camry was so generous, I was able to justify the extra protection and service packages that I would normally not buy, I have to admit that Syed and Tran presented a compelling case, and I think I'll come out better for having made those add-on purchases, in the end. This is my 4th Camry, and my 3rd new car purchased at Bredemann Toyota. You could say I'm loyal, and you'd be correct. I enjoy the low-pressure approach, getting a fair deal and knowing that Syed, Tran and the rest of the team at Bredemann will always back me up. More

The best dealership and a wonderful sales person! We went to Bredemann Toyota to buy a used Toyota Sienna. We were looking for low mileage van with a reasonable price. Mr. Syed worked with us and showed us an ultimate van. It has everything one could think of (2006Toyota Sienna XLE - Limited Edition). It was a one owner, well maintained and very clean van. Every single option is working and we really didn't find any issues. To be honest with you I am not a person who research and waste time to look around. I am glad I went to this dealership and really got what I needed. After meeting with Mr. Syed we did go to another Toyota dealer, and truly we were disappointed with the treatment we received. No one was available to attend us and finally when were able to locate someone, he just gave us the key of a van in the lot. It had lots of miles and was asking the same price for a poorly maintained van. He didn't even ask us what we really needed. I think they were more interest in selling a new car, rather than spending time with us. Obviously, we bought the van from Bredemann and I am sure it is start of good relationship with this dealership. Mr. Syed has called us few times to follow up and he willing to assist anyway he can. This is my second Toyota and I have never heard from the person who sold me the Camry long time ago, so guess it is not very common. Even though that persona was from the same country I came from. I went to Bredemann after having an unpleasant experience at a competing dealer. What I wanted was no nonsense, above board communication when it came to price. I got that at Bredemann. We recently purchased a new Camry and had an excellent experience working with Syed. He was very friendly and helpful. After taking a test drive myself, my wife came to the dealership 45 minutes later experience working with Syed. He was very friendly and helpful. After taking a test drive myself, my wife came to the dealership 45 minutes later and Syed was more than happy to take the time for my wife to go on another test drive. We received a great price with no hassle. Although, the specific vehicle I wanted was not on the lot, Syed promised they would be able to get it within 2 days, and he delivered! Syed was more than willing to stay several hours later than his normal hours, in order for us to pick up the car when it was convenient for us. Tran took us through the paperwork quickly and professionally. All in all this was the smoothest new car purchase I have ever had, and my 3rd with Bredemann Toyota. I would recommend Bredemann and Syed to anyone. They definitely value their repeat customers and neighbors(We live in Niles). More

Syed Hussain was very understanding and helpful in selecting a new vehicle. He accompanied me on a test drive, spoke with me patiently and assisted me in finding the right vehicle with the right features and the right color. He valued understanding that I live nearby and was a repeat customer. The value offered for my trade-in far surpassed other offers. That together with 0% financing and other discounts convinced me to purchase my new vehicle on the spot, with a manageable monthly payment. Jack Prato was very efficient in processing all the paperwork, explaining all the documents and was very patient in describing the extra warranty options available to me. More
