The process of making an appointment to browse was easy and miraculously they had the car we wanted on the lot, so we bought it the same day! Our sales person Syed was really great and did not push us into anything we didn't want, and even gave our daughter chips and candy when she started getting squirrelly. We were in a rush because we were going to see a ballet (we hadn't been planning on buying the car that day!) and Syed got the really nice man in the finance area to expedite us. It went really fast, and had much less fees than we were expecting. (my mom got her Toyota from another local dealer and had to pay a lot more fees.) It was so painless, and as a mother I just really appreciate how much they took care of my daughter (you know how impatient kids can get when waiting around for 2+ hours.) everyone we talked to was really kind. More
