I was there to buy a new Escalade when I was waiting there was some yelling in the service bay so bad that you could hear it in the waiting room.. It was to the point that they were almost fist fighting there was some yelling in the service bay so bad that you could hear it in the waiting room.. When I asked an employee who and what that was about they told me that their names were Bill and Tim. After more conversation with other people it was to my understanding that it was two general managers. With this discuss I took my business to another Cadillac dealership!
