We were straight and forth coming with him and in return he was kind, transparent, laid back and fabulous at follow up. Open to negotiate and explore different options which included transferring our car from a sister dealership, he went to bat for us with his manager and always delivered! We were happy to meet him in person and he finalized the transaction expediently and in the most friendly matter. We purchased our 2020 Kia Telluride. It is a beautiful vehicle that can only be described with one word: REGAL. Riding in it is sheer joy and comfort. Absolutely Dreamy. More

Everyone else we dealt with was great as well. The GM of the dealership came by, and Joe Bethel worked very hard to get me the best financing deal available. I was at the dealership late and never felt rushed. Everything was thoroughly explained to me by both TJ and Joe and they always made sure I was happy before we moved forward to the next step. I especially appreciate the effort Joe took to explain the financing to me. As a first time buyer with limited credit experience, that situation filled me with unease. TJ was so great!! I came in on a whim after applying online and was extremely skeptical because I had $0 down to work with.
