They are lacking on service advisors and took over 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence .they have these people call me all the time to come back and get service I did and this is how I was treated. Jessica is fantastic. She’s good to work with. She kept me informed of everything that was going on. She sent me a video of the inspection. I appreciated that I asked her She’s good to work with. I appreciated that I asked her to check on a couple of different things and she did that Ford is a whole lot better now than the other owner was. I started going to Town & Country before y’all bought the dealership I guess for two or three oil changes I like it much at at Gallatin Ford we appreciate y’all it’s so funny when I walked in Jessica was on the phone. She said she would be with me in a few minutes. I think the general manager was there. He wanted to know if I wanted a cup of coffee I said, yeah that sounds good so I got my wife not a cup of coffee just go check me out. We went out on the patio and drank the coffee. It was so good I went back and got us another cup. Y’all keep up the good work thank you. More
