Deciding on a car and ultimately purchasing one through Frank Boucher of Janesville was a pleasant experience. I considered many different cars before deciding on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Came into the dealership knowing exactly what I was looking for and worked with Michael Thornton. Throughout the whole process Michael did a fantastic job making sure that his team knew exactly what I was looking for. The dealership had to locate a vehicle since they didn't have the exact one I was looking for, they did a Excellent job showing me my options and what they could get me. After a weekend, they confirmed availability and secured the exact build I was looking for. Within a day they had taken delivery of the vehicle from a dealership 100+ miles away. From here Michael, made sure it was ready for the test drive upon arrival. I test drove this car 2 times and each time it was cleaned and detailed for the next drive. This is the second car and second time trading in my vehicle with this dealership. I worked with Brady Jensen both times and I feel that he listened to what I wanted, what my needs were, etc., and made vehicle with this dealership. He is polite, easy to work with and so patient when trying to go through all the new technology on the new car. I have recommended this VW dealership to many.
