Fortunately, She has a long and solid experience in this field. She filled the right information on the paper work and asked the right questions. On top of that she was very helpful and efficient. The car was diagnosed and processed quickly and have the parts ready in a short time. Also, I want to give Tony Kim the same honor and respect for keeping my car well maintained before this happened. Keep up the good work Tony Kim and Tiffany. More
