Very disappointing experience with Toliver. We purchased our 2024 GMC Canyon 14 months ago with only about 3,000 miles on it, and it still has less than 10,000 miles today. We have now had the same safety-related issue happen more than once. The first time, we were told it was simply a module issue and were essentially brushed off. Now the same problem has happened again, and somehow the response is still the same—no urgency and very little concern. We contacted Marcus, a salesman, and spent days trying to get someone to respond. Calls were unanswered or transferred to voicemail with no call back. It took 9 DAYS just to hear back from someone for service. Then, after all that, we were told it was an “easy fix.” What is especially concerning is being told that Toliver was already aware of the issue and considered it a safety concern, yet they were still comfortable sending us home in the vehicle. We were even told they wouldn't be able to resell it because of the safety issue. If it's unsafe enough that you can't sell it, why is it safe enough for your customer to drive? We also know we're not the only customers who have had issues with Toliver and their customer service. A repeat safety issue on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles should not be treated like an inconvenience, and customers shouldn't have to chase a dealership for 9 days just to get a response. The lack of communication and accountability has been far more disappointing than the actual repair. We expected better from Toliver and would seriously think twice before purchasing from them again. So, my husband and I first came to Toliver last summer to look at a Suburban, we were trying to decide between a suburban or Yukon. We told the salesman we wouldn’t be purchasing that day but wanted to consi look at a Suburban, we were trying to decide between a suburban or Yukon. We told the salesman we wouldn’t be purchasing that day but wanted to consider our options. He then told us we couldn’t look at anything unless we were buying that day. I then told him we were not giving them our business if that’s how they treat their customers. We drove 100+ miles to Ferguson in Broken Arrow and bought 2 brand new vehicles for $200k. I have a 2025 GMC Yukon XL with only 8,000 miles on it. It’s very much under warranty. When I was leaving work, I heard a loud pop and glass fall, and I knew it was my sunroof. I brought it to the nearest GM dealership. The lady was rude, seemed annoyed, and I felt as if I was wasting my time. She tried to tell me I had to take it to a local glass place. I instead took it to another CHEVROLET DEALER that had no issue writing it under warranty. Terrible customer service will not ever come back. More
