Tyler was nice however I told him about one of my concerns in reference to my window gasket on the passenger front door and it wasn’t even addressed after I went out there and showed it to him. I lef concerns in reference to my window gasket on the passenger front door and it wasn’t even addressed after I went out there and showed it to him. I left a voice message for him to call me back the next afternoon and I still haven’t heard back three days later. I’ll never bring another vehicle to Beck service because the concern that I brought it in for they told me they couldn’t hear it. Now I knew my vehicle only has 3200 miles on it and is under full warranty so the payment was guaranteed. I’ve had 10 people ride with me who are not mechanics and they can hear the noise so I find it hard to believe that the technician nor the service manager Chris Flanders could hear the noise which is why I brought it in because it’s concerning. They have my vehicle for over eight hours and all they got taken care of was an oil change. The window gasket never got fixed and neither did the concern that I brought it in for. I have a total of four vehicles, and none of them will return to Beck Chevrolet service. More

The service department was absolutely amazing!
