Shady financing practices at the dealership. I wanted to pay cash for the truck. They insisted I use their financing. They assured me there would be no finance charges. I paid the truck off (in full) on the first day that I received a statement from TD Auto and still received the finance charge… despite assurances that there would be no additional fees, finance charges, or early pay off penalties. I asked this question twice. I was assured that if I paid it off on my first bill, that would be no additional fees. I would not buy another vehicle from any of the Clay Cooley dealerships, especially not from CJDR Arlington. Needless to say, I am furious. At this point, I have no recourse other than to warn other potential buyers. I don’t know if TD Auto is complicit in this kickback scheme. However, when I called their customer service to explain the situation, they didn’t care. The dealer also sold me a Ram with a mismatched door panel from another trim. Of course, they replaced the door panel. But now I’m stuck with a panel that rattles when I drive above 30 miles an hour. Note this is a brand new 2025 Ram Limited. More

While the process finished perfectly, the beginning was not so smooth...I initially delt with Marcus Buster and Greg McCoy and getting info (correct info) was difficult to say the least, as was getting returned phone calls...thankfully Greg is off on Wednesdays and Jake takes his place and after that switch, the deal went smoothly. I highly recommend Jake, Tada and Jorge anytime you need a new car. More
