I came to Hertrich Ford for service because of the way Tara has handled my cars since I purchased my 2010 Fusion Hybrid, then my 2017 Cmax Hybrid, and now my Ford Escape Platinum Hybrid. She is knowledgeable on all things mechanical about my hybrid and guides me in the appropriate maintenance and servicing. My family members bring their vehicles because of Tara's attention to detail and customer service. I wrote a letter to Mr. Hertrich explaining my appreciation for Tara but did not receive a response. As owner, I would recommend he use feedback from customers as a means to assess the success of his business. It's apparent that the service department keeps the dealership successful and recognizing your service department for outstanding performance in their jobs is a must too. I have mentioned to Tara, I will follow her should she leave for a better opportunity, no matter how far. Having a reliable service department that gives you 100% Satisfaction is rare these days, hence my dedication to following Tara, because wherever she goes, that service center will be outstanding! There is no better service manager or dealership! I’ve always been treated excellent! Dealership personnel are always pleasant when making appointments or interacting with them at the dealership. As for Tara, she is one of the main reasons I come to Hertrich! She is so knowledgeable about the Ford products and especially my F 250. Whether I had questions, concerns or just curious about something, she knows the answer, and if she doesn’t, she researches and gets back to me. She doesn’t disregard you or your questions or concerns. I feel very comfortable coming to Hertrich and have always been treated fair. Due to Tara and the service department, this will be the first dealer I consult in the future for my next new F250. Tara credit to her position!! More
