Wrong part was ordered after I had scheduled over a week. Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Work was done but have to take back to correct steering wheel center pad that wasn’t put back on Had to leave overnight for correct part to come in. Also thought I was told my diagnostic fee of $69 when previously in a few weeks ago would be refunded in final bill. Previous dealings with dealership favorable but not this round but will still recommend overall. More

45 days later. I still have no title although you’ve cashed all my down payment checks. The lender has moved the finish line since many times it seems prejudicial and horrible business. Service on 10/24 (oil change, tire rotation, change air filter and replace battery) took just under an hour. That is significantly less time compared to all of my other services with only an oil change. Gr filter and replace battery) took just under an hour. I was just about to start bringing my car for device somewhere else because the oil changes were taking an hour and a half. Keep up the great work! More
