John Wagstaff made the sales process easy and comfortable. He explained all the options and helped clarify a lot of things about the car and the registration, title, and other logistical items. comfortable. Everything went smoothly except that the various extended service agreements were kind of sprung on us at the last moment. That was in the finance department. Tara was excellent and took all the time we wanted to explain the cars features and operations. (I ask a lot of questions! She was very patient and a good teacher.) I haven't had any experience with the service department yet. I'm hoping it will be as good as the sales and delivery process! More
