He was very professional, courteous and not overbearing as some car salesman can be. He was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up with me afterwards several times. I felt at ease with the transaction. I had previously owned a Subaru Tribeca and have always brought it to World Subaru for maintenance and was always treated well. I would highly recommend Girsch and World Subaru. Everyone one there was very easy to deal with and happy to answer any questions I had. Kristen was very thorough in explaining the finance part of the the car purchase. Nicole was great in explaining all the bells and whistles of the car and had a lot of patience with me. I was told to come back any time for any additional questions.I went back and was helped again in setting up the remote stat app on my phone by Tara. All in all a very positive experience. More

Family Oriented I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car from World Subaru, with the help of Joe Wajda, Sam Spencer and Tara Mullins. I ended up picking the Limi I had the pleasure of purchasing my first car from World Subaru, with the help of Joe Wajda, Sam Spencer and Tara Mullins. I ended up picking the Limited edition 2019 Outback, as it had all the bells and whistles that I wanted for my family and me. These guys treated me with respect, honesty and humor from the moment I stepped onto the showroom floor and signing the final paperwork at the end of the afternoon. Sam was extremely friendly and went above and beyond making sure that the car was delivered to me at the end of the day since I had a rental to get me to the dealership from Fort Lee. He even agreed to have my plates shipped to my home address, since I was traveling a significant distance away from the dealership. Tara was excellent in her ability to communicate everything about the features of the car that I may not have noticed from first impressions, and she was full of knowledge for making the most of my vehicle’s amenities. In my line of work in the theatre world, we value a family environment. Joe has a superb staff, and he truly creates an atmosphere that is very family oriented. 3rd Subaru purchase For a 3rd time I bought a Subaru from World Subaru. I worked with them again due to their friendliness and professionalism throughout their sales grou For a 3rd time I bought a Subaru from World Subaru. I worked with them again due to their friendliness and professionalism throughout their sales group and the great service I've received from their service department for over 15 years. Almost every time I walked into the showroom, Sam Spencer seemed to be there and say "hello" and chat, even though I was working with another sales rep Glen "JR" Miller. I made an initial quote inquiry through TrueCar and received quick responses from Jonathan Smith & Sue Zurica. One or the other checked back in with me every few days through email & phone calls. I thought it was a good amount of follow-up. Anyway, I've talked about a new car on & off with JR for over a year. I finally was ready to buy this last couple of weeks, after paying off the loans of my other two Subarus. JR provided several ideas and recommendations, from Certified Pre-Owned to buying new. Once I decided on the new vehicle and options I needed, JR and I communicated via phone to finalize the purchase price. We setup an appt on a Saturday morning and although the dealership was very busy, the sales group completed the purchase paperwork efficiently. JR handled getting my credit & insurance information and then Mike Lomazzo went over the extended warranty options they could offer and final signatures. They didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted at the dealership, which I was aware of prior, but got one transferred to them on the following Monday. Travis Foster handled some of the final steps and had it detailed and ready for pickup Tuesday night. When picking up, Tara Mullins pleasantly and thoroughly showed me the vehicle and explained how to use & set up all the inside stuff. Overall, the whole group was great and easy to work with and I plan to use them again on my next Subaru purchase. More

Usually the salesperson or a service person explains all in a hurried fashion. Kudos to the dealership owner for hiring 2 such wonderful people to ease the path. This is their only task and they are super at it!!! Tara was patient, even when she had to repeat things. She assured me that I could return at any time and I could call with any questions! It was great to have an appointment, so there was no waiting time. I am recommending this Dealership to my friends!! More

Smooth and Easy I wasn’t actually “in the market” for a new car until my previous car met an unfortunate (and to my way of thinking, premature) end of its useful life I wasn’t actually “in the market” for a new car until my previous car met an unfortunate (and to my way of thinking, premature) end of its useful life. The salesman (Mark S.) was extremely helpful and showed me the 2019 Impreza and after a quick test drive we agreed that as long as the numbers worked in my budget I’d drive the car home. I have to say that there was none of the usual (in my experience) starting at sticker and hours of negotiating. I told him what I wanted to put down on a lease and what I wanted my payment to be and within minutes we had arrived at a deal. It could not have been easier! While I waited for the car to be prepped for delivery, the entire staff was very friendly and engaging and the wait time more or less flew by! Thanks everyone. I’d also like to give a shout out to Nicole S who took the time to explain all of the features of my new Impreza. Her knowledge of the car and and patience with my questions was very much appreciated. If you’re in the market for a new car, you owe yourself a visit to World Subaru. More
