The entire buying process from the initial inquiry to walking out the door to get into my new to me Ford Explorer xx was excellent. The sale itself with Taryn went great, no pressure, no fast talking sales, just a really great experience. Ryan handled the documentation, which went super smooth. While waiting for the paperwork to be done, and the xx to be prepped (which wasn't long at all) I grabbed a coffee (which was really good), and talked to Joe Bazil, the Used Car sales manager. Everyone was fantastic, I would highly recommend Tasca if you're looking for a new or used Ford. Full disclosure, my Dad was always a Ford guy, but this is the first Ford I've had in years, definitely looking forward to getting the first service done, since the waiting lounge looks top notch too. More

I was coming from Far away to look at a vehicle I found online. I asked over the phone if it smelled like smoke. Was told not. Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed right away that the vehicle did smel online. I asked over the phone if it smelled like smoke. Was told not. Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed right away that the vehicle did smell like smoke. I was told by several employees that it did not. The car absolutely smelled like smoke. I'm a little annoyed with the lack of transparency on the smoke. But I did buy. Did not like the manager to much. Did little to make me feel better about my 2 Hour Drive and smoke smell. The sales person, Taryn And finance guy, Shawn were nice. More
